June 2004 – SER.MA.TES achieved an agreement with Sampre Srl, located in Novate M.se, concerning the acquirement of part of the following production: pressure arms for twisting machine, arms for single spinning position, high drafting arms for long fibers, top rollers and cradles , fluted and knurled bottom rollers. Morover the agreement includes the acquirement of the brand “SAMPRE”, the know-how and the complete manufacturing tool machines.

Giugno 2004 – SER.MA.TES ha raggiunto un accordo con la SAMPRE Srl per l’acquisizione di parte della sua attuale produzione: bracci di pressione per torcitoi, a singlola posizione e per fibre lunghe; assi di pressione e gabbiette; cilindri rigati e godronati. L’accordo include inoltre l’acquisizione del marchio “SAMPRE” oltre al Know-how e l’intera linea di macchinario per la produzione.
